Internet Explorer error message?

Hi,

Just wondering. Everytime I close out an internet page on my computer, it automatically pops up an error message:

'Internet Explorer has encountered an error message and needs to close.'

Then it gives you an option of sending an 'Error Report' or not sending one, and then it automatically shuts down all other open internet pages.

The computer doesn't shut down, just any internet page that is up.

What does this mean if it keeps occuring and what can I do to fix it?
